He founded The Colorado Mortgage Team in 2011 with the mission to empower individuals with the information they need to thrive financially through real estate. He is also a Non-Practicing Crypto, Blockchain and A.I. Certified Realtor helping industry professionals develop and grow their businesses.

He is a loving husband and father of two little girls. Their family are outdoor junkies and you can often find them hiking, camping, snowshoeing, backpacking, mountain biking, snowboarding or off-roading in their jeep. He is an avid real estate investor who never hesitates to get his hands dirty with the trades. His passion for all things real estate fuels his desire to be a lifelong learner of every aspect in the circle of real estate. He began in real estate in January of 2002 and has extensive experience in title, appraisal and credit to draw from for his career as a loan officer. Chad graduated from the University of Missouri - Columbia with a Consumer & Family Economics degree with an emphasis in Personal Financial Management. Both his skills and education have allowed him to contribute to his community as treasurer of an HOA and as a CSC member at a local elementary school. As a top producer, Chad believes in connecting good people, shares proven business philosophies, and originates loans through education.
